European Parking Card for persons with disabilities
The European Parking Card for persons with disabilities is a public document that grants the right to park vehicles transporting persons with disabilities in parking spaces designated by the accessibility symbol.
Right to use parking spaces marked with an accessibility symbol
In accordance with the law:
Individuals with disabilities with 80% or more physical impairment, or those with a determined physical impairment resulting in the inability of the lower extremities by 60% or more.
The European Parking Card for persons with disabilities is valid only when the vehicle is operated by a person with a disability as defined in Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Law (Official Gazette 133/2023), or when that person is in the vehicle.
The right to issue the European Parking Card for persons with disabilities is granted to individuals and associations that meet the specified criteria in this law.
