("company," "we," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application (collectively, the "website"). By accessing the website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, and they are binding on you.

AKD applies all positive regulations governing the confidentiality and protection of user personal data. We collect and process personal information about you, such as information that allows us to directly or indirectly identify you, especially through identifiers such as name, surname, email address, phone number, or company name if personal data is in the name, IP address, and other personal data if you disclose them in communication with us, when executing a contractual relationship, in cases when you contact us, ask questions, collaborate with us as our supplier, business partner, process your job application, or when we issue an invoice for products/services. The collected data will be kept until the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled.
Sending Emails
Communication or materials provided by users, such as questions, comments, suggestions, etc., will not be considered confidential. Sending emails with personal data that can identify a person may be insecure and subject to unauthorized access by third parties or incorrect delivery.
AKD is not responsible for the security and privacy of such messages.

Applicable Law
For the interpretation, application, and legal effects of all permissions, exclusions, and Terms of Use of the website mosi.akd.hr, the law of the Republic of Croatia is applicable. For all claims and disputes arising from the use of the website or related to it, Croatian courts have exclusive jurisdiction, and the local jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb is determined. In the event of any dispute initiated by the user or AKD (individually, "party" and collectively, "parties"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. Such informal negotiations begin with a written notice from one party to the other.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably, in the case of legal proceedings, it is under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
These Terms of Use are valid from June 1, 2021, and apply until further notice.
